About us

This store is run by All Areas Group Pty Ltd (ABN 32 615 981 452), trading as Toy Club. By using this store or buying a membership, you agree to these terms.

Memberships

Toy Club memberships renew automatically each month on the day you joined, until you cancel. You can cancel any time yourself using the "Manage your membership" link in any Toy Club email; it takes effect straight away. Packs are posted once a month, in the first week of the month. Full details are in our cancellation and shipping policies.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include GST where it applies. Postage is added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify. We may change prices for future months; if we do, we'll tell you by email before the change applies to your membership.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Packs are sealed and their contents are random, so we can't promise any particular card or item.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that apply to you. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to resupplying the goods or refunding what you paid for them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
