Toy Club memberships

When you join a Toy Club membership you choose a club and a pack size (3-Pack or 5-Pack). Your membership renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month that you joined, until you cancel it. Each month your card is charged for that month's box plus postage, as shown at checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel your membership at any time yourself, using the "Manage your membership" link in any Toy Club email. Changes take effect straight away.

If you cancel before your next billing date, you won't be charged again. A box you have already paid for will still be sent to you.

If a payment fails

If a monthly payment can't be processed, we'll email you and try again once a day for up to seven days. If it still can't be processed, that month's box is skipped and your membership carries on, with the next payment taken on your usual billing date.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that apply to you.
