Refund policy

Your rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If your pack arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, or doesn't arrive, email admin@toy-club.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out as the law requires.

Change of mind

Because our packs are sealed collectibles, we don't offer refunds for change of mind once a pack has been sent. You can cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
